The iso should already be bootable so all you have to do is burn it to a cd. I'll try to explain. It is not a data file that you just burn to a CD. A ISO image or any CD image is an easy way to make an exact copy of a CD because it contains all of the bootable information and whatnot else from the original.

And to burn it is easy because you don't have to go through a bunch of options and files to 'create' a new CD, you just point the burning program to the image and it will burn the CD based on the information from the ISO image itself. If you have the latest Nero, version 6, then you should have a StartSmart shortcut that you can run. If you can't run that shortcut or don't have it, then go into your Start button menu and select Nero Burning ROM from there.
